- Somersby Gardens Estate is not a party property
- Reservations are confirmed by a deposit of 50% (Visa, Master Card or Direct Deposit) with the balance payable one week prior to the booking.
- No refund for early departures
- Gift certificates are not refundable or transferable.
- Somersby Gardens Estate is a Private Facility, outside visitors are not allowed without the consent of the owner
- Smoking only in designated areas away from The Residence
- Check in 2pm – check out 10am unless by prior negotiation
